At a ceremony held today at 1145 hrs in the Ashok Hall, Rashtrapati Bhavan, Shri Vinod Rai was sworn in as the Comptroller and Auditor-General of India. He made and subscribed the oath of office before the President, Shrimati Pratibha Devisingh Patil.
