The President of India has been pleased to appoint Shri Gurbachan Jagat, Governor of Manipur, to discharge the functions of the Governor of Arunachal Pradesh, in addition to his own duties, during the absence of General (Retd.) J.J. Singh, PVSM, AVSM, VSM, Governor of Arunachal Pradesh.
