The President of India, Smt. Pratibha Devisingh Patil attended a Reception hosted by the Indian Ambassador to Vietnam in Ho Chi Minh City on November 25, 2008. The Reception was attended by Indian citizens in the city as well as prominent Vietnamese citizens there.
