The President of India, Smt. Pratibha Devisingh Patil addressed a business luncheon meeting of Indian and Vietnamese businessmen and women in Ho Chi Minh City on November 25, 2008. The meeting was hosted by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
