I find that the magnitude of the problem is different at different levels and in different countries. We have state and central laws, yet we have not fully succeeded. I have started a movement. Everyday I meet children at Rashtrapati Bhavan. I am asking them to start a movement by generating a beautiful family. Righteousness in the mind generates beauty in the character. This is not just India?s problem, even wealthy nations have this problem. We have to generate a new generation of youth through education with value system.
